Umera Ahmed has really hit the ball out of the courtyard with this drama, and the way the script has its highs-and-lows so well mapped out is evident of the writer’s expertise. This episode specially was proof of this since it did not rely on too much action to move the story forward. By being more character-driven, the episode showed a new side to the script which explored the two main characters with no fuss and really sketched their relationship to each other out. Perhaps this type of episode might not be everybody’s cup of tea, which is understandable but it did serve to move the story forward in more ways than one. Not only do we get a recap of how far both of these individuals have come, we also get an underlying message of human nature. Overall, the writing was beautiful and Umera Ahmed should be proud of her final message!
